  • What size container should I choose?

    Consider the type and quantity of waste, as well as the weight. For example, concrete is heavier and requires a 10-yard container. (See list)

  • What are the dimensions of the containers at Éco Bac Solution?

    We offer 10, 16, 20 and 25 cubic yard containers for dry materials. Our economical containers are perfect for tight spaces like alleys and small yards.

  • What materials are accepted or rejected?

    We accept: wood, metals, plastic, glass, gypsum, shingles, aggregates, construction debris, appliances, disaster waste, asbestos.

  • Is a container suitable for a parking lot entrance?

    Check our dimensions to determine the space needed. Mini container delivery requires less space, ideal for urban areas.

  • Is someone needed on site during delivery?

    No, but be specific in the delivery instructions. If no one is available, you will be responsible for relocation costs if necessary. Ensure clear access to the container upon pickup.

  • Can I place the container on the street?

    Please apply to your municipality, as a permit is required. Our team will ask you for proof.

  • What happens to the recovered materials?

    They are transported to sorting centers recognized by the Ministry of the Environment. Éco Bac Solution does everything possible to recycle as many materials as possible.

  • How long can the container be kept?

    The rental includes a period of 10 days, or as agreed. Additional fee of $15 per day. You must contact us once completed.

  • When will the container be picked up?

    We can pick it up the day you call or the next day.

  • For how long should I rent my container?

    Plan your work duration as accurately as possible. Although we offer flexible scheduling, it is best to have a well-planned timeline to avoid last-minute costs.

  • What are the payment options?

    We accept payments by interactive transfer, credit card or cash.

  • When will I be billed?

    You must pay your rental upon receipt of the container.

  • What are RDDs?

    Household hazardous waste (HHW) must not be placed in the containers. We offer a collection service when your container is picked up, for a fee of $45 per bin. No explosive, aerosol or highly flammable products must be placed in our bins, in accordance with government transportation regulations.
